At Sanitarium, your health and safety are our top priorities.

We have identified that the taste and texture of one batch of UP&GO Protein Energize Vanilla Value 12 Pack with Best Before Date 06.08.2025 may be affected by food spoilage.

This issue is isolated to this product and date code (BBD 06.08.2025) available in New Zealand only, and therefore we have initiated a recall. If you have purchased these products, do not consume.  Any health concerns please seek medical advice.

All other UP&GO flavours, products and batches are not impacted.

We’re deeply sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
