We\u2019d hate for you to choose something from our UP&amp;GO store and not love it as much as you do UP&amp;GO. We do have sizing guides for our wearable merch, so please use these to help with your purchase.<\/p>\n<p>We are only able to offer refunds if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; <strong>or<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The product is not fit for its intended purpose; <strong>or<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The product does not match the sample or our description<\/li>\n<li>and the product is within 30 days from the date of dispatch and includes your invoice as proof of purchase<\/li>\n<li>and the product is in new, original condition, unworn with all the garment tags still attached (for clothing)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you meet the conditions above, please fill out the merchandise form on this page.<\/p>\n<p>Returns of items where it is apparent that the conditions have not been met may result in a refund not being issued.
